This app has been great to use for athletes who perform multiple reps of the same movement in a workout or who like to see how their technique is progressing in their olympic lifts. A feature worth investing in on this app would be the ability to merge multiple clips into one and splice vids in app. Achieving this takes an extra step of purchasing the iMovie app and using the merge feature there, but this app is excellent for giving technique points frame by frame. For crossfitters, the ability to edit videos very precisely is key as we are usually concerned with only a few seconds of a lift or watching our movements throughout a workout and are looking to cut out the transition or rest time.
